Club. This is an oceanside townhouse in a gated community with 24
hour security where children can roam on bicycles and golf carts.
It is located at mile marker 100 in Key Largo - Diving Capital of
the World. Molasses Reef marina, with deep-water dockage, ramp, and
trailer storage is located right on the premises.
This townhouse has porcelain tile throughout and as fully furnished
and decorated. The kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinets
and stainless steel appliances. It has 3 floors with patios and
balconies facing the front and back. A full bathroom is located on
each floor.
The top floor has a master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a
screened balcony overlooking a saltwater lagoon. A second bedroom
on this floor has a queen bed and twin bunkbeds.
The second floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with
entertainment center. It has a front balcony and a screened rear
patio overlooking the saltwater lagoon with sandy beach. One of the
pools is just steps away from the back door.
The bottom floor has a family room with Queen-size futon and a
leather recliner facing an entertainment unit with TV and stereo.
There is also a private bedroom on this floor with queen-size bed.
There is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.
Kawama has the amenities of of more expensive resorts - marina,
beach, pools, tennis courts, playground, BBQ areas, chickee huts,
etc. Why stay in a cramped, stuffy hotel room and pay more when you
can have a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse for less??

Molasses Reef Marina on site (5 1/2' depth at low tide), free use of
boat ramp & trailer storage, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving,
Sailing, Boat & Watersports Rentals nearby including: Jet Skiing,
Canoeing, Kayaking, Parasailing, and Windsurfing. Biking, Tennis
courts (2 lighted), Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Sightseeing, many
restaurants serving local seafood. Located a few minutes away (2
miles) is famous John Pennekamp State Park and 1/4 mile away
(walking distance) is Dolphin Plus Center where you can swim with
dolphins. A grocery store, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and video
rental store are all within a mile.

Rented monthly or weekly. From $1350 to $1500 per week. Rates
include cleaning fee and tax.
Holidays and special weeks more (i.e., X-mas, Easter, July 4th, Mini-
Lobster week)

Sept-Nov. from $2650/month
$500 Security Deposit required to confirm; serves as damage deposit
and is refundable upon inspection after departure.
Signed rental agreement required. Full payment 30 days prior to
arrival.
$100 max electricity when renting per month.
Payment by check, money order, credit card via Paypal.
Full refund of deposit if cancelled with 30 days notice; only 50%
with less than 30 days notice.
