Villa 30 feet to semi-private pool. Master bedroom queen size bed  
w/master bath. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds connecting full bath.   
Three TV's DVD and VCR stereo with cd player. Brand new sleeper sofa  
and furniture. All mattresses and furniture purchased in January  
2005. Completely furnished with dishes,pots,pans,coffee maker,  
blender,toaster,linens and appliances.Full cable and local  
telephone.Filtered water and ice maker.  Washer and Dryer. Covered  
parking 20 feet from front door. New carpeting and tile 2007.Very  
modern.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community with clubhouse with olympic size pool and hot tub,  
tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, full time activities director  
with daily activities. The grounds manicured and gorgeous. There are  
several pools and lakes in the development.  Clubhouse has several  
rooms including a large dance floor and a workout room with schedule  
activities most are free.  All pools have lounge chairs tables and  
umbrellas.

Activities and Attractions

Very close to several fishing marinas for all types of fishing, very  
close to beaches and Sanibel and Captiva. Casino boat close by. Golf  
courses are all around the immediate area. In Cinnoman cove there is  
miles of paved roads for walking and riding bikes. Very convenient to  
grocery stores,outlet malls, shopping malls 17 minutes to airport.  
Boat and fishing charters, day trips to Key West and the Everglades.
