Only1 1/2 hours from the Valley off I-17 we are located 20 miles south of Flagstaff in the cool pines of  the  Coconino National Forest in a quaint town called Munds Park.   Elevation is approximately 6800 ft. so the temperature is 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix.  Whether you visit in the summer or the winter,  there are many recreational activities to choose from including, golf at the Pinewood Country Club, fishing at Lake Odell which is less than a mile from the property, tennis, a playground with swings and monkey bars, basketball courts, horseshoes, hiking, biking and countless ATV trails, and skiing close by, plus much more.

Recently remodeled 3 bedroom w/loft and 3 1/2 baths chalet with spacious open living areas that has a European feel. This cabin is approximately 2200 sq ft. and sits on a corner lot with a circular driveway.   The kitchen and breakfast nook is totally equipped  including refrigerator, microwave, toaster, range, oven, dishwasher, all the necessary utensils and a table and chairs. In the living room there is a stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, and central heating. Down stairs the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, its own TV and its own bath and another bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.  There is also a powder room downstairs. The front porch is equipped with dining table with ample seating.  Upstairs offers two bedrooms with their own baths and a balcony.  All of the bed linens and towels are included as well.

Other amenities and features include: full size washer and dryer, cable, wireless internet, parking for multiple vehicles and weekly trash pick up service for this beautiful home. Groceries, flowers and other incidentals can be
stocked upon request. Daily or weekly maid service is available as well.
