This wonderful private lake-front cabin resides in Buck Creek Cove which is on the Osage Arm (8-mile marker).  The property is ideal for small to medium sized family vacations.  The home includes a great manicured yard, large deck and a nice private dock with boat slip.

The cozy knotty pine interior cabin is packed with all the comforts of a lake front family oriented property:  consists of a living area with 2 sofa sleepers (queen size) and seating for nine, wood burning fireplace, 32 inch TV with Satellite service, WIFI and DVD player.  The owners have supplied the house with reading books and games (both adult and children).  The dining area for 8, the kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, oven and a dishwasher.  The cabin also comes with a washer/dryer and two full baths with a shower tub combination.  There are two separate bedrooms in the Cabin.  The master bedroom has a queen size and full size bed and the second bedroom is set up with a twin over full bunk bed configuration. 

This property offers guests several alternatives to enjoying the "quiet side" of the Lake.  Guests will certainly  enjoy the large sunny deck with patio furniture – ideal for outside dining and relaxing.  The owners have also supplied the deck with bistro seating ofr two, a dining patio set for four and a covered swing.  Plus the deck has wrap around seating for at least 8.  What a perfect lakeside deck for entertaining and watching the evening sunset.  The property does include having access to a gas grill as well as a private dock with one 10` X 24` boat slip and swim ladder.  And the little one will enjoy accessing the water by the old boat ramp (not accessible for boat launching).  But with this property rental, youi`ll certainly spend most of your evenings around the outdoor firepit.  It all sounds wonderful for any family gathering at the Lake!

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and dishwasher.  The cottage rental includes all bedding, bath towels, dish towels, iron and ironing board.  Other features include weekly trash pick-up and parking for up to three vehicles on the roadside of the home.  Additional parking is available on the second tier lot and yes, you can park your trailer on the second tier lot.

This cabin offers guests all of life`s simple pleasures - a quiet place to enjoy the Lake’s beauty and a great location for kicking back and creating wonderful memories with family and friends.  This cabin is just 30-35 minutes away from all the attractions on the west side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach - via the nearby community bridge.

Our properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances.  Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.  We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Nightly Rental Rates:

Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$110.00/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$204.60/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$220.00/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%.

Rates are based on a 9 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $25 per night - limit 2

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $90 and Processing Fee $30.  Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.  This property is Pet Friendly - $25 per day per pet charge - 2 pet limit.

This property has a $200 refundable damage deposit.
