Seven ceiling fans, three tv's, radio, VCR and DVD player. Bikes  
available. Community amenties include an extensive club house with  
exercise room, library, large pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts, horse

Boating, fishing and access to Charlotte Harbor w/in a few miles.

Available weekly or monthly. All rents payable in advance. 
 
June-Oct $1,800 per month;or $700wk for 2,+ $25wk each added person 
         tenant pays elec. service 
Nov-Dec.,April-May; $2,000mo,$800wk for 2,+$25wk per added person  
  
Jan-March $3,800mo, $900wk/for 2, + $50wk per additional person  
 
$300 refundable security/cleaning deposit. If you don't want to  
spend your last vacation hours cleaning; a cleaning fee ($100.00) 
will be subtracted from the security/cleaning deposit.
