Combination washer/dryer, microwave, and garbage available on site. Cable tv and internet. Walk out to the front of the house to look out over the bay and enjoy the boats and the breeze during the day. Or sit out at evening for beautiful sunset views. Ice machine at hand to prepare a cocktail.
