Bay front 3 bed 2 bath unit provides comfortable and stylish furnishings to make your vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one! Sit in the living room or on the deck and have a view of the bay and an indescribable sunset. For your convenience this house has central air and is equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, microwave, blender and coffee maker that can make you feel like you are in your own home.  

Master Bedroom --Features a Queen size bed and an attached bathroom with steam shower. 

2nd bedroom--- Full size bed.  Cozy and comfortable.

3rd bedroom--- For kids!! 2 twin size beds.

2nd full Bathroom.

New kitchen cabinets and counter top, comfortable island, appliances, and fully equipped to cook or order in. 

Living room with lots of sunlight. Very comfortably furnished family room with a beautiful view of the bay.  Looking through the large windows is like watching a moving picture.

Weekly rentals are Sat 2:00 pm to Sat 10:00 am. 

Jan thru May 5   $1200 per week.

May 5 -  May 26   $1500 per week.

May 26  - June 16 $1900.

June 16 thru Sept 8  $2200.

Sept 8-15  $1900.

Sept 15-30 $1500.

Oct thru Dec  $1200 per week.

Only full weekly rentals June 11 - Aug 29.

Stays less than one week must pay cleaning fee $110.

US Currency Only, Cashiers Check or Money Order Only.

50% Down Upon Booking Plus $300 Security Deposit. 

Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival.

Must be 25 years old to rent.

Security Deposit Returned Upon Inspection of House and Key Returned.
