Newly renovated air conditioned condo unit. Nice location, just 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach/Convention Center. One assigned parking space.
Second floor unit. Sleeps up to 4/5 (max) people. Full bed in bedroom and full sleeper sofa in the living room. Need to supply own linens and towels. No smoking or pets please. Per Condo Association rules, no groups under 25 years of age.
