floor with no steps to climb for the elderly

dishwashers, stoves, full-sized refrigerators, formal and informal
china for 23 people,
and 4 cable TVs with DVD/tape players in house

Bedroom #2: King-sized bed with set of bunk beds, dressing
table/desk, and CD player
Bedroom #3: Master bedroom with three twins and set of bunk beds,

Den: Queen-sized sleeper couch, stereo CD/tape/radio player, card
table and chairs

using the two South Bethany parking permits. Parking available for
7 cars/vans.

All weekends are for 3 nights and are the same price whether you
stay for 2 or 3 nights. The 8% rental taxes are
already included in these rates. The off season cleaning fee is $160
and will need to be added onto the weekend rates.

Weekly rentals in September (7 nights are $300 per night ($2100) plus the cleaning fee)
September/October nights are $400 per night for a 3-night weekend minimum plus the cleaning fee.

October nights after Columbus Day weekend are $300 per night

November to March is $250 per night or  $750 per weekend for 2 or 3 nights.

Thanksgiving is $400 per night for the 4-night minimum plus the $160 departure cleaning fee. 

Christmas is $400 per night for a 3-night minimum plus the $160 cleaning fee.  Any extra nights are at the regular December rate of $250 per night

New Years Eve is $400 per night for a 3-night minimum.  Extra nights are $250 per night. 

April is $900 per weekend for 2 or 3 nights ($300 per night for a 3-night minimum)
May weekends are $400 per night for a 3-night minimum or  $1,200 for 2 or 3 nights - same price
Peak summer rates: Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend,
2009 and 2010, is $600 per night plus the $200 cleaning fee. The 8% rental
taxes, cable TV, and internet service are already
included in these rates.
September weeks are half price from summer rates at $2100 per week
plus the cleaning fee.
September weekends are $400 per night through Columbus Day weekend
for a 3-night minimum
After Columbus Day weekend, October weekends are $300 per night for a
3-night minimum
