Spacious, comfortable and quiet condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Decorated with a beach theme, this could be the getaway from the stresses of your daily routine that you've been searching for. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the island marina from the spacious balcony. The condo is within walking distance of many of the island's attractions including jet skiing and dolphin watching. Just steps from the marina and many of the island's fine restaurants the location is perfect for families who want to be near the action but still want quiet time in the evening. Wildwood's famous free beaches are a couple of blocks away so you can spend the morning at the ocean and then the afternoon relaxing poolside. The nightlife is filled with many activities and restaurants as well as the famous 2 mile boardwalk. For even more excitement, visit our neighboring shore town of Atlantic City just a short 35 minute drive away. Washer, dryer, tv's with cable & internet available. Great for families!

We DO NOT rent to students, groups of students or individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds.

    perfect summer beach getaway

    f you havent been to the Wildwoods before, this condo is the perfect location for you to select! With a grocery store and several drugstores 2 blocks away, the Wildwood Boardwalk and beach about 10 min drive away and the major thoroughfare just minutes away, this condo met all of our needs and then some. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and balcony, this condo is well furnished, stocked with all of your favorite appliances and even some supplies are provided so that cleaning and food prep are a breeze. Directly in front of the condo is a pool, perfect for an evening dip after a long day at the Waterpark or the boardwalk. There is a garage that was described as being a 'close fit' but worked perfectly for our full-size car. The price is quite reasonable for all of the wonderful amenities and location. We plan to return :)
