Seaside Serenity in Panama City Beach

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home which is located on Gulf Drive is just
steps from the stunning white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. It has its own
private pool,and large loft with a set of full bunkbeds,full bed,  futon sofa and TV
that is perfect for the kids hideaway. The loft area has a 1.5 bath and  bedroom has its own bath.


This Gulf Drive home consists of a large, fully stocked kitchen that opens to
the living room area, which is beautifully decorated with a leather sleeper
sofa and ample seating area to view the 42' flat screen TV. Off the living room
is the dining table that seats 8 and extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
Finishing off the 1st level is a bedroom with a queen bed , bathroom and a full
size laundry room. The 2nd level offers 2 large bedrooms with private baths.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private deck viewing the
beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Along with the spacious master, there is also a large
bedroom with a queen bed. The 3rd level holds the 'kids hideaway' which has 2
sets of full bunk beds, full size futon sofa , a 32' TV, along with its own 1/2
bath. The 3rd level leads to the large deck with table and chairs to relax and
enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the crashing waves


In addition to the large deck, you can also enjoy the private pool with chairs
and a grill so you can prepare your favorite seafood dinner. If you prefer to
dine out, we are located just moments away from some of Panama City beaches
restaurants, Schooners, Scampys and Montego Bay. All of these restaurants are
within walking distance.


Also just moments away is St. Andrews Park, numerous amusement parks, and
nightlife.


To keep our home beautiful for you and our next guests, we do not allow smoking
inside the home and pets are not allowed. We also do not allow rental to
persons under the age of 25, unless with a family. No house parties allowed
