This unit is NEW to the rental market. It has been completely renovated with
all new fixtures, furniture and appliances. Top Notch!! Fully applianced
kitchen, for the budget conscious, or there are several excellent restaurants
within walking distance, and more within a short (5 minute) drive.
Wake up in the morning and have coffee, listening to the rushing Pemigewasset River!
Sit on the back patio reading and watch the sun over Loon Mountain's South
Slope, a direct view from our unit.
Want to go to Santa's Village or Storyland...Only 40 minutes to each, Clark's
Trading Post (5 minutes) or Whale's Tale Water Park (7 minutes). You can head
to Loon Mountain (2 minutes) and do their outdoor adventure park...Zip Lines,
Mountain Biking, Rock climbing and much more! Take a trip over the scenic
"Kanc" for outlet shopping in North Conway. So much to do!
Outdoor enthusiasts, there are endless amounts of hiking / running / backpacking
trails; fishing (license required) is awesome at the lakes, streams and rivers.
Golfers, there are several courses within a short distance, including Jack 'O' Lantern,
which is RIGHT ON THE PEMI!!! Beautiful scenery and beautiful course, too.
You can just sit back and relax on the patio, the sunny common deck (riverside), or
at the pool patio. There are two pools, outdoor (Seasonal) and indoors. There
is also a hot tub, sauna, and a game room for the kids (video games, pool
tables and ping pong!) Tennis courts, basketball, outside gas grills, picnic
tables, etc...all for your use. Stay connected if you choose, with free Wireless as well.
