The home sits on a tranquil, private and secluded road; minutes away, either by water or land, from the town’s public boat ramp. This fully furnished waterfront home offers central air-condition/heat, ceiling fans in every room, two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. Expansive fully screened lanai and dockage so you can fish, relax, kayak or sail out to the Homosassa River springs or the Gulf of Mexico. Living room with flat screen TV, PlayStation with assorted games and a DVD player, along with high-speed wireless Internet. Additionally, there is plenty of room for queen blow up mattress. Fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including microwave & dishwasher, as well as coffee maker/blender/ toaster/mixer/utensils and a gas grill. All linens & towels included. Fire pit – plenty of room for parking. Non-smoking.

Old Homosassa is truly paradise. You can sail your pontoon boat, kayak the local water trails, swim with the manatees, snorkel in the pristine spring fed waters or have an unforgettable fishing experience. You can also hike through the many natural trails available in the area. Homossasa Springs Wildlife State Park and the Sugar Mill State Park are only minutes away. Scallop season begins on July 1st and runs through September 10th. Center of town is also just minutes away with marinas, fish houses, bait and tackle shops, tiki bars, restaurants and a BBQ smokehouse. Your fishing will be memorable! sunsets unforgettable.
