beaches all within a 1-5 minute walk from your front door. The
property is newly renovated and includes a fenced in yard with ample
space for relaxing outdoors and indoors. The Caribbean style
exterior of the home will immediately catch your eye. We encourage

Your vacation rental sits on rd. 413 interior in one of the most
desireable locations in Rincon. Long stretches of beaches and the
close proximity of facilities makes the rental property a perfect
choice for your vacation to Rincon.

As you pull up to the property you will no doubt first spot the
brightly painted red door and the blue caribbean style trim that
hangs from the roof line of the property.

The spacious living area offers ample seating with a full couch and
love seat where you can look out onto the water and enjoy a
comfortable sea breeze on the Red Door's wrap around veranda. The
living room also has 2 ceiling fans to ensure your comfort after a
long day in the sun.

In addition to The Red Door's ample amenities listed below, the
location of the property offers visitors a large number of options
for both lounging on the beach or visiting local restaurants and
bars located within walking distance. Many of the places can be
reached by walking on the beach and are between a 1 minute and 5
minute walk from the property:

Tamboo Restaurant and Bar, Casa Islena, Rock Bottom Restaurant, Casa
Verde Market, Sandy Beach Inn Restaurant, Pools Beach Restaurant and
Bar, and The Flamboyan Restaurant are all between a 1 minute and 5
minutes walk from the house.

If you would like to take a car ride to town you can be there in
about 8 minutes where you will find the main Rincon grocery store
(The Econo) Pharmacies, doctor/dentist office, a general store and
many more restaurants.

The Red Door's spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with:

Microwave, full size gas range and oven, full size refrigerator,
Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Pots/Pans/Cooking Utensils,
Dishes/Place Settings, Dining Table

The large living room has ample seating and includes cable TV, VCR,
a stereo with CD player and 2 ceiling fans. The many windows
throughout the home provide a very open and airy environment to
enjoy your vacation home.

The closest beaches are Antonio's, Sandy Beach (a nice family
beach), and Pools Beach all located just a few steps from your
vacation home. During the winter, the area around Puntas is known as
a great place to surf or just lounge on the beach. The beach
stretches towards Aguada for over two miles and is perfect for early
morning walks and sea glass hunting.

Other attractions include: scuba diving, snorkeling, boat trips,
deep-sea fishing, tennis, horseback riding, gambling casinos and
rain forests
