Choose from three different pillow types including Tempur Pedic, soft, and firm. A BoConcept living room couch converts into a queen size sofa bed for two additional guests. The unit sleeps up to 4 people maximum.

A modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel GE appliances, coffee maker, Nespresso Machine, tea kettle, toaster, and pots and pans to cook that gourmet meal!

A generous bathroom features GROHE vanities and a rainfall shower head. This amazing unit also includes a high end Bosch washer and dryer.

Other apartment amenities include separate AC/Heater units in the bedroom and living room for ultimate comfort, HDTV with Time Warner Cable over 250 channels, wireless internet, and a landline phone for unlimited calls within the US.

Please note the following rules and regulations for pool and gym usage:
- Must be 17 years of age or older to use the gym facilities.
- Any person under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult when using the outdoor pool. Each individual requires a pass.
- No alcohol is permitted in any of the indoor/outdoor space.
- All outdoor spaces close at sunset.

Any/all passes will be distributed upon check-in. Any passes or membership cards not returned are subject to a penalty fee by AE Hospitality.

Our fees do not include $140 one time Departure Cleaning / Operations fee regardless the lenght of the stay.

There is no security deposit required for stays under 30 nights. However all guests must pay a $49 Damage Waiver Fee in lieu of a security deposit. The Damage Waiver covers for any accidental damages up to $1500.
