Hemlock Lake Heavenly Haven in Paw Paw

Located 15 miles from PawPaw, Mi, this 4000 sq. ft. home was newly-built as our personal getaway haven, but sharing our beautiful home with you will help fund our children's Christian College tuition. Just 2 1/2 hours from Chicago, this beautiful getaway vacation home has 80 ft of lake frontage on the 60 acre spring fed Hemlock Lake, an all-sports lake, that is one of the best fishing lakes around. So bring your boat for some tubing, skiing or kneeboarding and your fishing tackle to catch some blue gill, or just enjoy a trip around the lake on one of the  provided kayaks or paddleboat.  Ask owner about children ski lessons. With a sandy beach that extends 40 ft from shore to a gradual decline at the end of the dock, it is the PERFECT spot for young children to enjoy a swim or build sand castles. The large yard has ample space for a game of bean bag toss, croquet or badmitton or enjoy an afternoon nap in one of our comfortable hammocks.  A campfire (wood provided) will make for a great ending to your fun-filled days. This beautiful home is equipped with everything needed for a  fun-filled family vacation. Thinking about a winter get-away:Swiss Valley Ski Resort is a short 20 minute drive. It  would also make a great location for a women's or men's retreat. This is not just a rental, it is a home away from home. Living nearby we are easily accessible if you need anything.

Don't forget the golf clubs for the nearby courses.

Note: This rental is for family vacations, it is not a party house. We expect guests to treat house, furnishings and property with respect. No smoking in premises. Please  drink responsibly and consume all alcoholic beverages outside. If there is excessive roudiness due to drunkenness, neighbors will call the police and guests will forfeit the remainder of their stay and their damage deposit.

Summer rates apply for group with maximum  6 adults and max 14 in group, groups with more than 6 adults and/or more than 14 need to speak with owner about possible extra charge. Please be honest and upfront about number in your group. We will assess heavy fine for extra guests on property that you do not list on rental agreement.

Off-season rates- October-April (2 day minimum)

Nightly rate:

• M-Th                                             $350. 
• Fri, Sat, Sun                                               $450.

Weekend special (Fri.,Sat. and late check-out Sunday 8pm)      $1100.

Off-season rates apply to groups of max 6 adults/ max 14 in group. Possible extra charge for larger groups.

• Linen and towel cleaning fee  required   with all rentals               $75.
• Trash removal fee   required  with all rentals                                   $25.
• Refundable Damage Deposit                                                               $400.

Premises must be left clean, re-rentable condition other than linens/towels.
