Sandpiper Towers- Be At Home on the Beach! in Satellite Beach

Located in Satellite Beach, just minutes away from the famous Cocoa Beach, you can enjoy the amenities of home with the added bonus of AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS! This 4th floor family owned condo has been cherished by 3 generations and is finally making it's debut as a public rental. This condo's mixture of modern amenities and charming decor will leave you feeling relaxed and comfortable. This unique building was built at a time when condo's could be directly on the beach.  As if having true beach front access was not enough, we are 1 of 5 condos in the whole building to have unobscured ocean front views overlooking the swimming pool.  If you enjoy waking up to the sounds of crashing waves, walking out your front door to a beachside pool, and access to restaurants, shopping, and an internationally renowned surf culture; then we are the rental for you. 

Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and cookware. TVs are located throughout the condo, cable and DVD players included. Linens and towels are provided with extra on hand. There is a Coin Laundry located on every floor. Designated parking is covered (We have the first spot next to the entrance!!)

The building has elevator and stairwell access to all floors, including the pool deck. The ping pong table is located in the recreation room where you can find access to the shuffle board accessories as well as other games and entertainment. Outdoor grills and covered seating are provided for cooking and eating outside.

The pool has lounge chairs throughout and is only steps away from our personal beach access.

A favorite pasttime of ours is watching sea turtles lay eggs from May-October (usually around midnight or after), fun surfing and boogie boarding waves right on the beach, swimming, ping pong, shuffleboard. Our condo provides enjoyment and relaxing activities under the sun.  

If you are looking for a change of pace, we are only minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Ron Jons Surf Shop, Coconuts beach side bar, Kennedy Space Center, NASA, Golfing, tons of shopping and restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier, Dinosaur Store, Cape Canaveral (where the cruise ships come in and out of) with great fishing charters as well as the Brevard Zoo!

Half of rental rate and security deposit due at time of reservation, the other half is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
