The Bayley Cottage is a ranch style house located in Pine Point,  
 
Scarborough.  The house has a water view with two bedrooms (master  
 
bedroom with double bed; bunk room with 3 twins); a glassed in  
 
sleeping porch (double futon); full bath; kitchen w/ dishwasher,  
 
microwave, and stacked washer/dryer.  Sunny dining room - all  
dishes,  
 
cookware, etc. supplied.  Large living room w/ cable TV, cordless  
 
phone w/ voice mail.  House is on a corner lot, has an outside  
grill,  
 
umbrella table, cushioned bench swings.  One set of fresh bed linens  
for each bed are supplied.  No housekeeping.

Activities and Attractions

Pine Point is a peninsula, bounded by a tidal creek connected to the  
 
extensive Scarborough Marsh, the Scarborouh River, and a seven mile  
 
white sand beach.  Enjoy kyaking, boating, fishing,  
 
birding, sunbathing, and swimming all just a short walk from the  
 
house.   
A 25 minute drive will bring you to the Old Port shops and  
restaurants  
 
and the Museum of Art in the City of Portland, the Maine Mall in  
South  
 
Portland, or head a few miles south to the amusement park in Old  
 
Orchard Beach.  At Bayley's Lobster Pound, just around the corner,  
has the best lobster rolls in the State.

Beach house for rent by the week.  $1300/wk. 
Inquire for shoulder and winter rates.  Please note that the above  
weekly rates DO NOT include the State of Maine 7% Use Tax required  
with your payment.
