Located on one of two canals in Bradenton Beach, this home is located
on a quiet, residential, no through street. This home is offers views
of Sarasota Bay and a private boat dock. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf are just a short walk. Sit on your lanai overlooking your private oasis while watching the sunrise over the bay. You may even see some local wildlife including blue herons, manatees and parrots.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing-stress free vacation.
This home has all major appliances-(refrigerator with icemaker, stove,
oven, washer and dryer, microwave, disposal, toaster oven,
Washer/Dryer, full size oven, blender, toaster, juicer, hand mixer). Cable television in both bedrooms including the family room. 37" Flat Screen HDTV connected to a DVD player. Gas grill. Mens and women's cruising bicycles. Covered Parking. All housewares are in the home as well as bed linens and towels, and beach towels. This home is also a smoke free home.
Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet big enough for porta crib to be set up. We even have a high chair, porta-crib, and exer-saucer for all of your baby
needs. Plenty of seating for everyone. All you need is your bathing suit and you are ready for your vacation. Beach items usually available include chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, skim board, floats. Free High Speed-Wireless Internet and long distance calls throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Swimming, boating, fishing, sailing, jet-skiing, biking,
jogging,miniature golf,scuba, shelling, shopping, wildlife viewing,
snorkeling, and restaurants. Close to one of Anna Maria

January 16th-April 30th: $1,085.00/week Monthly rate is $3,300.00 (based on 28 nights)
May 1st-January 15th: $840.00/week  Monthly rate is $2,900.00 (based on 28 nights)

Pet Fee is $150/pet non-refundable for up to 25lbs.

$35 Reservation Fee + Mandatory Damage Waiver Fee of $40 (covers up to $3,000 worth of damage) These fees are not taxed. Non-refundable $1000 down payment required for monthly rentals; $500 for weekly. Final Payment must be paid by check 30 days before stay. Down payment must be paid by credit card.
