Our dream vacation home is the best of both worlds. Conveniently
located so that you don't miss any of the thrills Orlando has to
offer yet a very quiet and relaxing haven to return to after all the
excitement is over. No crowds, no lines, just pure pleasure! You'll
enjoy many amenities at our villa that are not found in most self-
catering vacation homes.

Our spacious home offers a king sized master suite with en-suite
master bath (double sink vanity, garden tub, separate shower, walk-in
closet; 2 queen bedrooms; themed twins bedroom with 2 beds, and also
a queen sofa sleeper in the formal living room. Our large, relaxing
pool is equipped with comfy outdoor furnture and enjoy grilling out on
our  gas grill just outside the pool enclosure. And don't forget the gamesroom which is a
favorite for all ages. See why our guests are returning to our
beautiful vacation home over and over again... We love to spoil you!

Our location can't be beat! Disney is about 4 miles away and
you can almost feel the magic from the back yard! Fine restaurants
(including dinner shows), shops, and golf are only minutes away. And
if you like to keep fit you'll find walking/jogging trails throughout
our lovely subdivision. A day trip to the east or west coast brings
you to some of the greatest sand beaches in the world. Kissimmee, FL
has one of the best fresh water fishing lakes around--Lake Toho.
Watersport rentals are abundant in the area. There's everything you
can imagine and more in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.
