We had 10 people in our Party and the house was very nice and clean when we arrived, We did have a few issues during our stay with the outlets, the garbage disposal, and then the water main broke and we had no water in the house for hours. The maintence dept at resort quest responded very quickly. The kitchen needs some new cookware and utensils. The neighborhood was very nice and the walk to the beach was great. Great location.

This house is in a great location, close to shopping & a 7 min. walk to the beach. Pool is very close, 1 house down. We felt like we had 4 bedrooms using the loft area & the huge walk-in closet in the master was used as the baby room w/our pack n play. It was definitely a great vacation spot! The only thing I would suggest is to supply the kitchen a little better. We like to cook & eat in some of the time. The utensils were like using wet noodles. Suggestions would be big serving/mixing bowls, hand held mixer, & some kid friendly plastic dishes/cups. We also never found a grill outside.

Great beach house in Crystal Beach,Destin

After looking at many "pet friendly" houses available in the Destin area we chose this house and were very happy that we did. The owners were great to work with from the beginning to the end. They are VERY personable and responded to any needs that we had. The description of the house was accurate and there were no surprises, which is a good thing when you are making long distant choices. The third floor bonus room was a highlight of the house for us as the space was great for an office area as well as another living space. We used it for extra guests as a 4th bedroom one week. The house is bright and open with several outdoor places to sit and soak in the sun. Crystal Beach is a charming cottage community made up of charming cottages with white picket fences - full of character. Very unique and a fun walk if you like to look at the different style of houses. The best features of this home is the location. You can basically leave your car parked and walk to the beach and restaurants in one direction, and more dining options,shopping, movies and even bowling in another. The convenience factor is a 10. We spent 2 months here during the winter and will return.
