Apartment on the first floor completely refurnished and comprising 2 double bedrooms, a living room  
with a kitchen area and double sofa-bed and a bathroom with shower. The Apartment Tiziano-1 is  
furnished in a modern and functional style and offers the best comforts: satellite TV, safe, air  
conditioning etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Tiziano-1 apartment is situated in a quite residential area of Venice, near to Fondamente Nuove  
and the home-studio of painter Tiziano Vecellio. Fondamente Nuove is the point of departure for  
trips to the islands (Murano, Burano and Torcello) and is less than a 10 minute walk from the Rialto  
Bridge and Saint Mark’s Square. 
 
The Tiziano-1 apartment can be easily reached both from Marco Polo Airport with the Alilaguna line  
motorboat and from the Railway Station or from Piazzale Roma with lines 42 and 52. Vaporetto stop:  
Fondamente Nuove.

Vacation Rental Rates

sleeping 2 : 120.00 euro per night (minimum stay 3 nights) 
sleeping 3 : 140.00 euro per night (minimum stay 3 nights) 
sleeping 4 : 140.00 euro per night (minimum stay 3 nights) 
sleeping 5 : 170.00 euro per night (minimum stay 3 nights) 
sleeping 6 : 170.00 euro per night (minimum stay 3 nights) 
 
Included in the price: final cleaning, water, light, gas, sheets towels, air conditioned. The  
security deposit 200 Euros will be requested as a guarantee at the arrival (payable by credit  
cards ) and it will be returned at the end of the stay, upon deduction of damage or deficits.
