Inridge Inn in South Austin in Austin

This wonderful studio apartment is an addition to my house. The studio is furnished in a simple and classic style with a free standing armoire and pine chop block table and heavy drapes. We have installed handcrafted cedar shelves in the kitchen. I have stocked the kitchen with a toaster oven, elec kettle, french press, omega juicer, blender,dishes, soap, towels, coffee, sugar , tea, olive oil... The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a mural of the sky on the ceiling to further help you to relax in the tub. I have supplied the bathroom with Dr Bronners soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, beach towels, regular towels. There is a very comfortable king sized bed of which i supply 100% cotton sheets for. There is a closet for hanging your clothes and three deep shelves for your things.

The house and studio are on the edge of a 100 acre nature preserve, which can access from the beautiful backyard. The yard is xeoroscaped and has many large mature trees to shade you from the texas summer heat. The house was built in the late 70's and is on a street lined with many large and mature trees.

The main house also has a nightly rental and several wonderful people residing in it, they are all in there 40s and have full active and creative lives: Dale is a local artists and has blessed Austin with many murals, sculptures, and all kinds of other art you will have to ask him about, he offers art tours as well. Lauri is employed by Easter Seals and has been for 10 yrs, she is also an exceptional dance instuctor. Rudi has a full time job and he is an extremely talented musician and filmaker.

There is a bus stop 2 Blocks away that takes you straight through downtown.(6 miles)

The studio has a jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, full kitchen, AC w ionizer, WiFi. I also offer massages to guests at a very reasonable rate. I have been a therapist for 15 yrs and enjoy the opportunity to assist people in relaxing into their vacations.

The nature preserve is its main attraction and it is easy to get downtown from this location. It is close but not too close to the airport(15 to 20 min drive). It is also located on the side of town that is closest to the beautiful texas hill country. There are many wonderful places to take a daytrip within 45 minutes of the studio: Pedernales Falls, Krausey Springs, Hamilton Pool to name just a few awesome places to swim and hike.

There are 3 natural foods stores within a 2 mile radius, including a brand new Whole Foods Market. There is also a Starbucks down the street.

The Minimum amounts are for one person and the max rates are for two or more persons.
