The house is in a private location in the development which includes a 190-acre lake with sandy beach, swimming, volleyball, canoeing / kayaking, fishing, pool, and community clubhouse with a restaurant and game room! An all season rental available for weekend escapes, week long vacations, or even longer stays. Located near Split Rock resorts which has movies, bowling, and an indoor water park. Pocono Raceway is a short drive away. Less than 30 minutes to Mohegan Sun & Mount Pocono Casinos. Crossings Outlet Mall is 20 miles away. Skirmish Paintball & Hickory Run State Park are 10 minutes away. National music and comedy acts at Penns Peak. Historical Jim Thorpe is nearby with shops, train rides & biking trails. Great restaurants and nightlife within minutes.

2 Queen beds on 1st floor. Large 'bunk bed' room upstairs (sleeps 6, 2 bunks with twin top-full bottom) with foosball table, dart board & kid TV / DVD player. High definition TV & full-size futon couch (sleeps 2) in upstairs family room. Separate laundry room with dryer. Propane fireplace & TV in 1st floor living room. Spacious Modern Cape Cop home with private peaceful outdoor space with occasional deer / wildlife views.

Floor Layout:
1st floor: BR #1 (queen bed), BR #2 (queen bed), living room, kitchen, dining room, full bath, laundry room.
2nd floor: BR #3 (2 sets bunk beds: twin top-full bottom), family room with full size futon couch, full bath.

RENTAL INFORMATION
You have to supply your own linens and towels.
We require a $400 refundable security deposit, which we will return within 3 weeks of your leave.
