Interior:

This ranch style home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.  The master bedrooms has a slider onto the deck for ease of access and views out the back.  One large bathroom, as well as another half bathroom have been recently remodeled and come stocked with linens for your convenience.  The gameroom has views of the water, a flat screen and games that provide that extra evening entertainment.  The livingroom is nice and spacious with leather furnishings and a large flat screen TV.  The dining room and kitchen are open to one another for open entertaining and dining, as well as opening out onto the large deck for use of the gas grill.  There is a full size washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.

Exterior:

Nice size yard, both front and back, a private "low traffic" street in a nice residential neighborhood.  Play "hoops" in the front, or sit on the deck on the back of the house.  Tiki torches and a grill await you for outdoor dining!  Listen to the sounds of the birds or take a stroll down the path to the lake.  Enjoy late night bon fires along the lake with privacy and plenty of seating.  Bring your boat and dock it on your own private dock, or rent one through us.

This is a great place for adults to take a "time out"!
 

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the downtown Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, para-sailing (for those who are brave), jet ski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you`ll want to tell your friends and family about (as you`re looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Seasonal 2013 Rates:

May 18 - June 15, $1,200.00 week, $250.00 per night (2 night minimum) 

June 15 - August 17, $1,800.00 week, (weekly only)

August 18 - September 15, $1,500.00 week, $225.00 per night (2 night minimum)
