Sit and relax in a enclosed front lanai directly off the spacious master suite with a queen bed and a dresser. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the peaceful lake.

The confortable living room has a cable TV, a recliner, a regular sofa and a sofa's queen pull-out bed. The second bedroom has another queen size bed. 

Within walking distance there is mutilplex cinema and convinence stores. Many casual and fine dining restaurantes are just a short drive as well as Countryside Mall.

The Boat slip is available for you at the condo.  You can bring your boat ! You will find a Jack Willys restaurant and bar with plenty of dock space available during your short boat ride along the lake.
