This expansive deck with its fabulous views provides the perfect space for a gas grill for your cookouts and entertaining after a long day at the private Popponesset beach that is within 2 minute's walking distance over the Dean's footbridge. You will have access to all the activities of the Popponesset Beach Association including weekly movies nights, teen dances, arts and crafts, basketball and softball. 

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a Jucuzzi tub to let you unwind. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer king size or queen size bed with their own living room. There is an outdoor enclosed shower to rinse off after your day at the beach and a full size washer and dryer.
