Along the waters edge is a nature trail board walk that winds through the mangroves along the Bay leading to a 500 foot fishing pier.

Estuaries II is an eight story building with two high speed elevators, parking garage located under the building with ample visitor parking on premise and a private pool.
The condo is a two bedroom with queen beds, two full bath waterfront unit overlooking beautiful Terra Ceia Bay. Located on the fifth floor of an eight story building. This condo has beautiful water views from the lanai which has sliding glass door enclosure and golf course views from the front porch. Very peaceful just you and nature.
The condo is completely furnished including a 37” HD flat screen TV, phone and high speed cable wireless internet, washer and dryer. New kitchen with side by side refrigerator, flat top range, dishwasher, granite counter tops, filtered water at the sink and computer desk in kitchen. A private locked storage area for bicycles, golf bags, fishing equipment and etc is located on the same floor as condo unit

Terra Ceia Bay is located between the Manatee River (Bradenton) and Tampa Bay. This central location off US 19 is a short drive to I-275 and I-75. Tampa International airport is a forty five minute drive and thirty minutes to downtown Saint Petersburg and Sarasota Bradenton International airport.
