$1750 Weekly (May 22-September 10)

Requirements: $600 deposit to reserve it. The balance plus $400.00 security deposit
(money order/cashier's check) will be due 30 days prior to the rental period. If cancelled
less than two weeks prior to renting, deposit will be forfeited unless we find a replacement.
Oct-May ... $1400/month first, last & security. If renting for one month only $500.00 security deposit, utilities included.
