$1800 American Dollars, Weekly (May 24-September)

Seafood Festival Weekend - $280.00 per night, 3 nights minimal.

Requirements: $600 deposit to reserve it. The balance plus $400.00 security deposit
(money order/cashier's check) will be due 30 days prior to the rental period. If cancelled
30 days or less prior to renting, deposit will be forfeited unless we find a replacement.

Oct-May 24 ... $1250.00 per month plus 9% taxes. First, Last Month and Security Deposit is required prior to rental, if renting only for one month $600.00 security deposit is required. Utilities are included.
