This South Mission Beach condo is located on the bayside of beautiful San Fernando Place. The condo is 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit, and it sleeps up to 7 people.

The new kitchen has granite counter tops, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and coffee maker

Bedroom 1 contains a queen size bed and TV connected to DirecTV.

Bedroom 2 contains a queen and twin size bed and can easily accommodate up to 3-4 people.

Condo has washer and dryer.

If you have ever been to Mission Beach before, parking is a major issue. Luckily for you the condo is located next to the largest overnight parking lot on Mission Beach. This will amenity will save a lot of frustration.

Once you have had a chance to unwind you might want to go see a Padres game at Petco Field or Spend an afternoon seeing the sights and museums in historic Balboa Park, cheering on our Padres Baseball Team, or window shopping in La Jolla Village - all within minutes of the home. Many famous beaches to choose from for surfing, sunbathing, tide pool walks, and fantastic dining with views. Legoland is just 25 minutes north and Disneyland is 1 hour away. Are you in the mood for a foreign adventure? Tijuana is so close it can be seen from many areas in San Diego.

Our San Diego beach condo rental is just under 3 miles from Sea World. If you are looking for a San Diego beach condo by Sea World, you won't find many condos for rent in San Diego that are right on the beach and less than 3 miles from Sea World. Take an early morning stroll on the beach, just steps away from the front door, before heading out for a day of San Diego sightseeing. Most tourist destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and BalboaPark, The GasLamp District, The Embarcadero with it's Maritime museums, SeaPortVillage, Point Loma, La Jolla and OldTown are all within 3-8 miles. In the evening, return to catch the sunset and maybe a glimpse of the green flash while enjoying the cool Pacific off-shore breezes right from the front balcony. Or better yet curl up on the back balcony with a good book.
