This adorable cottage on Payette Lake has wonderful lake views from inside the home, and is in walking distance to the public beach and downtown McCall.

This cozy 920 sq. ft. cabin was designed by owner for expanding family visits. It has one bedroom w/ a queen bed on the main floor, a very large separate closet/utility area, full bath, washer/dryer/and an upstairs sleeping loft for children w/ three beds (which are actually three are mattresses on the floor).  There is a half bath.  The access to the loft area is via steep circular stairs that are best for smaller bodies. Living kitchen area has vaulted ceiling, wood floors, nice porch to watch the town go by. There is a queen sofa in the living area for extra sleeping space, but two adult families are discouraged. Owner prefers single family use.

The cottage was built in 2005 and placed on the lot for full lake views.  It's location is in Downtown McCall across from Paul’s Market which the owner calls “her pantry”. This location is for the family who wants to walk everywhere … Ice Cream Alley, McCall Marina, Skate Board Park, Ice-skating rink, restaurant and bars and likes to watch the “action of a town atmosphere”. The unit is equipped with wireless internet access, a portable air conditioning unit, and a small portable BBQ for the outside porch. There is parking for two vehicles or a vehicle with a trailer.
