located right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii and

upgraded condo is on the FIRST floor, only 4-steps from the tiled 
lanai to the white sandy beach of Turtle Cove. It's also set up high-
tech with wireless Internet at your fingertips.

Our luxury beachfront condo has been totally remodeled with ceramic 
tile throughout, a highly upgraded kitchen with extended granite 
countertops, flat-top stove and Thomasville cabinets, and a 
remodeled bathroom with custom tilework, granite vanity and other 
upgrades. It is one of the few units with a King size Pillowtop 
mattress.

Enjoy your morning beverage on the lanai with the peaceful sound of 
the surf and beauty of the turquoise ocean. Watch spectacular 
sunsets and sealife including whales, dolphins, tropical fish and

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Hawaiian Princess Condominium has free parking for 1-car per 
unit on gated grounds with 24 hour security, an ocean side salt-
water swimming pool and Jacuzzi (without chlorine), sundeck and 
showers, recreation room with ping-pong table, tennis court and BBQ 
area with gas grills.

Our one bedroom condo sleeps four comfortably with a new King size 
Pillowtop Mattress and a comfy full-size spring mattress futon. Enjoy the cool sea breezes and Polynesian 
ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. 

Our fully equipped upgraded kitchen comes with all standard 
appliances including glat-top stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, etc. There is 
also a washer/dryer in the unit, cable TV, wireless high-speed 
Internet access, telephone with free long-distance in US & Canada, 
answering machine, hair dryer, all linens, beach towels, blanket, 
chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, water noodles, snorkel gear, 
cooler and more.

Activities and Attractions

Nearby there are 2 championship 18 hole golf courses a mile away. 
Deep sea fishing 5-minutes away at the Waianae boat harbor. SCUBA 
at "Maui Divers," surfing at the Makaha Surfing Beach. Go 
snorkeling, hiking, walk the beach or just relax and enjoy the 
peacefulness of the old Hawaii. Fine dining and golf resort about a 
mile away at Fairmont's Makaha Resort.

Only 11 miles from the newest resort on Oahu The Ko Olina Resort and

2008 SEASON:

Low season: May, September, October
$175/night; $1200/week; $3,950.00/month 

High season: November to April; June to August
$195/night; $1350/week; $4,250.00/month

NOTE: Holiday Rates are $225/night with minimum 7-night stay.

5-Night Minimum Stay Required.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
$120 Departure cleaning fee applied. 
11.962% taxes added.
$300 (USD) refundable Security Deposit required.
$10(low season) $15(high season) (USD) per person per night for more 
than 2 guests.

Payment options: Travelers Check, cashiers/registered check, money 
order. Credit card payments accepted (3.1% fee added).
