Vacation Rental Description

Located in sunny Kihei, Kihei Akahi is the perfect place to spend 
your Hawaiian vacation. The complex boasts lovely tropical landscaped 
grounds with plumeria trees, hibiscus and other mature, lush Hawaiian 
plants. Steps away, is sandy Kamaole Beach II. Here you be able to 
catch the rays of the sun (wear sunscreen!) or swim and snorkel in 
the gentle surf. In the evenings the sunsets provide many 
opportunities to capture that special photo by which you will 
remember your time in Hawaii. 

My spacious (696 SF), ground-floor condo with lanai opening out onto 
a large lawn, has been tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished 
to provide you with a feeling of home away from home. Inside is your 
own washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In 
addition, the condo has an eclectic library of books and VCR tapes -- 
several featuring Hawaiian history and/or culture -- to enhance your 
vacation experience. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: FREE Broadband Internet access for your laptop.  Plug in 
cable and follow directions.  Brand new kitchen and bathroom vanity 
cabinets and countertops.  New appliances. In-room Safe, Air 
Conditioning in Living Room, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Stereo, CD Player, 
Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Phone, Answering 
Machine, Hairdryer, and Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The Bedroom 
has a Quality King Bed; the Living Room has new entertainment center 
furniture, a new Queen Sofabed with quality mattress, and new berber 
carpeting. Cooking Utensils, Linens, Beach Towels and Chairs, Quality 
Snorkeling Gear available to guests(seven sizes of fins) Picnic 
Basket and Ice Chest are provided. Two Pools, a Tennis Court and Gas 
Grills(BBQ)are on the grounds.  Free, reserved parking close to the 
condo is available. 
 
Please note:  The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.  This 
unit is easily accessible by elevator or steps.

Activities and Attractions

Activities (on site or nearby): Biking, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, 
Horseback Riding, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Sailing, Windsurfing 
and Restaurants (both casual and upscale). Maui Ocean Center (a must 
see) is 20 minutes away.

All stays are subject to an additional Cleaning Charge of $70.* 
Minimum nights may be waived if stay can fit between other 
reservations or arrival date is less than 30 days.
Rates are based on Dbl/Occupancy. 1st child (in addition to two 
adults) 16 or under is free. Each additional person is $10 per night. 
Taxes of 11.42% are extra.  At check-in a damage/security deposit of 
$500 will be taken by my management company with rentor's credit card 
but not charged unless there is damage or unless the rentor leaves 
the condo excessively dirty.
