of town. Take a 10 minute stroll to the historic Hotel Del Coronado 
and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. 

 Quiet neighborhood home with backyard and covered patio.   
Private front patio with stamped concrete and patio furniture. 

  Features a master bedroom & bath plus a vanity area with access to 
front patio. Second bedroom with queen bed and closet. Third and 
largest bedroom with access to back yard/patio. 
 

  Full upgraded kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, TV's 
with cable access throughout home. All bed and 
bath linens provided.
