Spectacular Rooftop Bay and Ocean Views in Mission Beach

Our family home is located in South Mission Beach on Ensenada Court, only a couple blocks south of Belmont Park and the hustle and bustle of North Mission Beach. A 100 ft walk will have you waterfront in Bonita Cove (bay)and a 100 m walk will have you at the Pacific Ocean. Views include Mission Bay, the Sea World needle and fireworks, Belmont Park, The Giant Dipper (2nd oldest wooden rollercoaster in California) and the Pacific Ocean. You can't beat the views and the comforts of home away from home while on your San Diego vacation.

Our townhouse is one of 2 units and is 3 stories tall.   The home is approximately 1320 sq ft and was built in 2008 with all new furniture and appliances. Inside you will find a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath able to sleep 6 in beds (1 King and 2 queens). If you have an extra person a futon cushion or blow up mattress could be used. 

There are TV's in all bedrooms and living room.

Private bathroom for the master bedroom and a shared full bath for the 2 queen rooms. There is a 1/2 bath on the living room level.

Large outside dining and bbq area off main living area leads up to a large furnished roof top deck for coffee, happy hour and sunbathing with views of both bay and ocean.  If you are traveling with young children, there is a children's patio stocked with  some small toys, crafts, and a table.  This is outside, off the kitchen/great room (and doesn't have to be seen if you don't have kids).  We also have a Pack and Play and baby gate available for use.  

2 car tandem garage for a large vehicle and a smaller car, Currently stocked with 3 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, a baby seat for bike. 1 stroller/bike trailer for your use). Sand toys, wheeled beach basket (to carry items to the beach), 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, screened canopy. There is a large parking lot 1 block away that can be used for extra vehicles.

2 blocks from Belmont Park and The Giant Dipper roller coaster and The Wavehouse. Beach wear shopping and easy restaurants located within Blemont Park and 1 block North to Ventura Place for other restaurant options. 

Both beach and bay sides have a wide boardwalk or sidewalk that goes on for miles and is perfect for walking, riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, etc.  

Nearby attractions: 3 playgrounds, Belmont Park amusement park, multiple restaurants, beach rental shops, retail stores, and bars.  

Under 5 miles:  Sea World San Diego, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach.  

Under 10 miles:  San Diego International Airport, Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Cabrillo National Monument.  

The climate here is mild all year round, but sunbathing and bay/ocean swimming is best in the summer months.  Summer temps range from 65-80 degrees F on average, winter temps from 55-70 on average.

Peak Season: Mid June through 1st week of August @$2700.00- $3000.00 + 10.5% Tax per week booking Saturday - Saturday only. 

Shoulder Season: Mid August through Mid October @ $2500.00 - $2700.00/week + 10.5% tax, $400.00 + 10.5% tax per night with a 4 night minimum.

May through Mid June @ $2400.00 - $2700.00/week + 10.5% tax, $300.00- $400.00 + 10.5% tax per night, 4 night minimum.

Winter Season: Mid October through April @ $2100.00-$2500.00/week + 10.5% tax.

$200.00-$375.00/night + 10.5% tax, 3 night minimum

Holiday Weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) $2800.00 + 10.5% tax 

$500.00 security deposit required, $750.00 security deposit if you are bringing your pet.

$190.00 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If you have a pet there is a $275.00 cleaning fee. 

10.5% transient tax added to all rent.
