The Vista Vacationer sits one house away from Lake Tahoe's sandy beach and boat launch right in the village of Tahoe Vista! With 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 15 people, and a game room with pool and foosball tables, wet bar, and a second kitchen, you will revel in your vacation! Walk over to the beach any time of year for splendid views, and relish one of Tahoe Vista's wonderful restaurants. Roomy enough for 2 or 3 families!
The Vacationer is set on 3 levels, with the main level being in the middle. The main floor has the Great Room with living area, dining area, and kitchen all connected. A sliding glass door opens from the Great Room to a large wraparound deck with a charcoal barbecue and nice deck furniture. Also on the main floor are two queen bedrooms and a full bath. The living room has a large satellite TV with DVD and VHS players, and the house comes equipped with Wifi.
The upstairs level contains the large queen bedroom with a single futon and a balcony deck with lake view. Also upstairs is a bedroom with 4 twins (one is a trundle from beneath another), and a full bath.
The lower level game room has a pool table and a foosball table, with comfortable couches and a recliner, satellite TV, and a bistro table and chairs. Also enjoy the convenience of a wet bar and a second kitchen! Off the game room are a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath.
With room for up to 15 guests, you can enjoy your vacation all together, whether you are skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, beachgoing, or just relaxing. The best public park in North Tahoe is less than a mile away, offering tennis, ball fields, soccer field, frisbee golf, snowmobiling, sledding, cross-country skiing, and hiking. A half mile away in Kings Beach you can relax on the sandy beach, rent a kayak or paddle-boat, dine lakeside, and shop for keepsakes and groceries. Just beyond Kings Beach are the historic casinos and nightlife of Crystal Bay, Nevada, and also Incline Village, Nevada. Northstar Ski Resort is just 6 miles away, and all North Tahoe's ski resorts and adventures are within 16 miles.
