Walk out the front door (of each unit) and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk two blocks west and you are at the Pacific Ocean enjoying the beautiful beach.

The beach property offers 4 units all together but this advertising only promotes 2 units that are right next to one another and share a patio. The 2BR sleeps up to 6 people, the 1 BR unit sleeps 2-4 people. Both luxurious condos are newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and offer everything you possibly need for a fabulous vacation on the beach.

With the 2 bedroom you will enjoy the luxury of a 50” HDTV in living room and a 46' HDTV in both bedrooms, DVD player and high speed internet. The living, kitchen and dining area offers wonderful bay views. The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher) and features finest appliances, new cabinet and granite counters. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master suite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeping queen sofa in the living room. The master bedroom is a sumptuous suite with a large bathroom and a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom.

The 1 bedroom features hardwood floors throughout, a new fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with all new appliances, brand new chic furniture including a comfortable queen bed, a sleeping sofa in the living room, a flat screen TV in the living as well as in the bedroom.

Together the units can accommodate up 10 people together. They share a wonderful spacious patio with BBQ. The furnished patio with its breathtaking views offers plenty of space for the entire family.

Each unit offers 1 garage parking spot (garage: 16’ long x 15’ wide x 8’ high)

Located at 3676 Bayside Walk, this fabulous house is in walking distance to all kinds of fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. A nice playground can be found in close walking distance. The Mission Bay Aquatic Center and Santa Clara Recreation Center is across the street. Here you can play tennis, basketball or rent any kind of beach equipment. The famous Rollercoaster and Sea World are only a short drive. Downtown, the zoo and many attractions are about 10-15 minutes away.
