It features hardwood floors, a new fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (no dishwasher), a comfortable queen bed, a couch that folds to a queen bed in the living room, a flat screen TV in the living as well as in the bedroom, a furnished shared patio with gas grill and much more.

Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, a high chair and a pack n play are offered for your convenience.

The apartment is located in a 5 unit home and the garage needs to be shared with another renter. There is one parking spot in a 2 car garage available (fits compact/economy car).
The home is conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach. It’s in walking distance to many convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The Santa Clara and Aquatic Recreation Center as well as the famous Catamaran Hotel are only a short walk away.
