Naples and beaches. This open and spacious brand new townhome is 
located in the beautiful Falling Waters- Davis Blvd. Resort. It is 
ideal for one or two families. Two bedrooms have king beds. The third 
bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. The unit has all upgraded cabinets, 
countertops and appliances.  The master bath is huge with an 
oversized tub. There is a washer and dryer in unit along with all 
necessary kitchen appliances.The unit is very nicely furnished with 
pictures available soon. The subdivision is gated with 
cobblestone roads and beautiful waterfalls throughout. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The pool is the largest pool in Southwest Florida with a huge deck 
and beautiful waterfalls.
In addition to the pool there are clay lighted tennis courts, bocce 
courts, Barbecue and Picnic areas,and a chipping and putting area.

Activities and Attractions

There is a community clubhouse that can be used for various 
activities. Ask me about near by golf courses. The deep sea and 
backwater fishing is outstanding. If you want help booking a fishing 
trip let me know. Downtown Naples shopping and dining are minutes 
away.
