Mountain Getaway on 5 Acres 20 Min to Chattanooga/Mountains in LaFayette

Our Cabin is on 5 acres with mountain views.  We have a semi-private swimming pool with hot tub, two decks, electric fireplace for ambiance, fluffy chairs, couches, all dishes, toaster, microwave, silverware, etc.  20 minutes to everything including, the mountains for hiking, the largest canyon in the southeast, downtown Chattanooga with all it has to offer (very family friendly) with parks, fountains, water stairs, walking bridge, and indoor carousel. You won't be disappointed.

Chattanooga Parks and Downtown!: You have the best of both worlds.  You will stay in the relaxing country atmosphere of a beautiful newer cabin with all of the amenities including pool and hot tub, and be 20 minute from downtown Chattanooga and all of its family friendly parks, fountains, river front, walking bridge, etc.  You are also 20 minutes to Lookout Mountain, and all of the hiking and activities that go along with the mountains.

Ruby Falls: See the beautiful underground waterfall that everyone talks about and the underground passage ways and caves.  Ruby falls is something your family will talk about for years to come.

Chickamauga Civil War Battlefield:  Chickamauga boasts the largest Civil War Battlefield in the United States.  It is maintained by the National Park Service and has miles of walking trails as well as horse back riding trails.  There are also paved bike paths for the bike enthusiast.  Hundred of deer call the battlefield home and come out to eat at dusk. Everyday you are guaranteed to see many deer right along the side of the road.  They also have a museum that is enjoyable to spend some time at to get a better idea of how life was in those days and what battles took place there.

Master bedroom has a wonderful queen size bed and can have an additional queen bed added for additional guests.  It also have a large fluffy chair with ottoman for lounging and reading by the windows that display mountain views in the distance.

Second queen size bed is a fold out bed from the sofa.  It is very comfortable and we have had no complaints about it.  We chose this sofa bed because of its comfort level when sleeping on it.

An added queen sized bed can be added upon request when there are more guests.

Elderly are fine, but we have not set things up specifically with them in mind.  A Wheel Chair Ramp would need to be built, but could be done.  Otherwise things are on one level. 

Very good for families, couples and small groups who would like to get away and enjoy the outdoors and the pool, and all this area has to offer.
