vacation rental description
This model home is located in the heart of beautiful San Juan Capistrano, one of the most romantic cities in Southern California. Only a few miles from the beach (with easy bike access to Doheney State Beach in Dana Point), cool ocean breezes in the evening and moderate weather makes this home a desirable location to relax and have fun in the sun. Low humidity and little to no fog makes this location more desirable than other communities near the beach in Southern California.
Recently remodeled and upgraded, this home offers every amenity for a wonderful and comfortable vacation. A beautiful courtyard awaits your arrival, where you will find a barbeque, a fountain, and a fire pit with benches, to enjoy as you sit with your glass of wine at any of the four seats around the patio table.
As you enter the home, you see spacious cathedral ceilings, skylights, white crown moulding, travertine flooring, tuscan-style furnishings, and french doors that open up to a private backyard, where there is a jacuzzi, pool, hammock, outdoor heater, chaise lounges and reclining chairs for your comfort.
After entering the beautiful entryway with stain glass and a solid wood door, you will find a living room with a fire place, model furniture, and an adjoining dining room with a baby grand piano and an 8-person glass and iron table. The interior of the house is very well lit, due to the sky lights and the large windows. The dining room is separated by a door to the fully-stocked kitchen, where you will find a breakfast nook that seats four, upgraded appliances, a double oven, a four-burner gas stove top, microwave, granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, french doors leading to the backyard, and all of the spices you could ever need to prepare a great meal. Adjoining to the kitchen, the family room has a HD color flatscreen television with over a hundred channels (uncluding Cinemax and the channels 300 and up), a VCR/DVD player, a wood burning fire place, a wet bar, and an oversized couch with ottoman. The master bedroom has a wood burning fire place, a king-sized posturepedic bed, plenty of dresser space, a walk-in closet, french doors that lead to the backyard, a television, a separate tub and two-person shower. There are double sinks and a separate toilet.
A custom staircase leads up to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large game room with a pool table, wet bar, a couch, two comfortable chairs, and a HD color flatscreen television. Each bedroom is nicely appointed. There are windows in each bedroom that let in sunlight. All of the bedrooms have large mirrored closets. The bathroom is nautical themed, with a joint shower and tub and double sinks.
This home is child friendly and well-behaved pet friendly. The backyard is fully fenced. A portable crib and high chair are available upon request.
We also provide bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool toys, a picnic basket, badmitton rackets with birdie, and plenty of beach towels.
All linens and towels will be provided.
It's important to keep in mind that San Juan Capistrano is very bike friendly. There are several trails within the neighborhood for bikes, and a trail that leads down to Doheney State Beach in Dana Point.
In the garage, there is an excersize bike as well.
