Across the road from Lincolnville Beach and the Islesboro Ferry with several fine restaurants and shops within walking distance. Comfortable apartment on second level. This spacious unit is 1,000 square feet in size. The front of the apartment offers extensive, breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay, including a panoramic view of Islesboro and 700 Acre Island. Not to be outdone, the rear of the building boasts a beautiful view of a tidal saltwater marsh from your own private balcony. Great opportunities for bird watching and very quiet. You can walk across the road in the front of the building to Lincolnville Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and a beautiful view of islands across the bay.

Pets: We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on the property. However, there are many quality pet-boarding facilities in close proximity.

Rates are based on a 2-night minimum.  All linens and towels are provided.  There will be a one-time $100 hold on all credit cards for any damages that may occur during your stay.  Any damages above and beyond will be charged to your card.
