At Lincolnville Beach, 5 miles north of Camden and 10 miles south of Belfast on Route 1. Across the road from Lincolnville Beach and the Islesboro Ferry with several fine restaurants and shops within walking distance. Comfortable apartment on second level. This spacious unit is 1,000 square feet in size. The front of the apartment offers extensive, breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay, including a panoramic view of Islesboro and 700 Acre Island. Not to be outdone, the rear of the building boasts a beautiful view of a tidal saltwater marsh from your own private balcony. Great opportunities for bird watching and very quiet. You can walk across the road in the front of the building to Lincolnville Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and a beautiful view of islands across the bay.
