Street in the heart of the Historic District, this luxuriously 
appointed duplex has every possible convenience for your 
vacation adventure or group accommodations needs. You will be only 
three short blocks from the center of Beaufort's charming shopping 
district.

99 Sunset Lane is newly renovated and deceptively large (2000 SF) with 
four bedrooms and adjoining baths and is playfully deocrated around 
nautical and beach themes.  A Beaufort sytle front porch, original 
heart-of-pine hardwoods and delightful architectural details provide 
old world charm.  Each floor offers a seperate water heater, set of 
washers and dryers, and two full baths for modern convenience!

The light great room is comfortable and spacious.  A lovely bay 
window accents the dining area that comfortably seats eight.  The 
sitting area offers two oversized sofas situated in front of the 
brick fireplace and facing the large built-in entertaiment center. A 
large game table provides space for rainy day card games and 
puzzles. Custom window treatments frame the many windows and double 
french doors leading to the oversize back deck.   Featuring a bay 
windowed breakfast nook, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped and 
cheerfully appointed.

Activities and Attractions

Scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking and windsurfing are a few of the 
water sports available at the downtown Beaufort Marina. Choose from 
romantic, sunset dinner cruises, scenic boat tours, coastal ecology 
or dolphin sighting sails, and adventure speed boat rides to Cape 
Lookout, Shackleford Banks, the Back Sound and Carrot Island.

Enjoy fine dining at excellent Beaufort restaurants (many on the 
waterfront). Wander by the lovely homes or through the 
fascinating "Old Burying Ground" in the Historic District. Browse 
the quaint shops for unique gifts, art, pottery or antiques on 
downtown Front Street and historic Turner Street. Visit the free and 
fascinating Beaufort Maritime Museum or take double decker bus and 
historic site tours.

Take a leisurely stroll on the boardwalk to view the ever changing 
flotilla of cruise ships, luxury yachts, sailing ships, fishing 
boats and pleasure craft. Play tennis or launch your own boat at the 
nearby free town-owned facilities. All these fun activities are 
within easy walking or biking distance of both Beaufort Bungalow, 
Beaufort Cottage and Sunset Lane Condos. 

Drive a short distance over the waterway bridges to Morehead City 
for deep sea fishing, horse back riding, waterfront dining and 
shopping. Cross the breathtaking Intracoastal Waterway bridge to 
visit Crystal Coast beaches for pier and surf fishing, shelling, 
surfing or just relaxing while taking in coastal views.

Tour nearby Fort Macon, visit the newly renovated NC Aquarium at 
Pine Knoll Shores (reopening Spring 2006) or go a little further to 
historic New Bern and famous Tryon Palace. Catch ferries to Cape 
Lookout, Harker's Island, Ocracoke and then on to Cape Hatteras to 
enjoy day trips on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Play a round of golf at excellent Crystal Coast golf courses and 
resorts. Take a stroll along the waterway or relax on our front 
porch swing catching refreshing coastal breezes or enjoying a 
fabulous Beaufort sunset!
