Handsome custom tile, bamboo floors and carpet only in bedrooms allow for easy care and beachlife whether for a short or long term. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 with showers and master with shower and soaking tub plus double vanity. From the moment you step into this 20th floor home your breathe will be taken away. Views are right through the unit and out to the ocean upon entering. The bedrooms are all separate from each other and are fully furnished including TV, DVD and/or game stations, as well as the large screen TV in the Living room. There is more than adequate seating on the leather sofa with 2 recliners, the love seat also featuring 2 recliners, or the large recliner chair. The dining room has a glass top table and 8 Parsons chairs, while in the kitchen there is an eat-in nook with another smaller glass top table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a microwave, dishwasher, electric range and double door refrigerator.....you can warm up a pizza or fix a 4 course home cooked meal with all the smaller appliances and cookware also on site. There is adequate dishes and silver for a service for 8. The owners have provided several beach chairs, loungers, and coolers for you to use on the beach. There is over 30 feet of oceanfront balcony accessible from the master suite, the dining room and the living room. You can enjoy the sunrise, watch the dolphins and water fowl play along the waves or just sit back and listen to the calming sound of the surf. This is the perfect get away for a family, or several friends to enjoy as there is plenty of area for all to enjoy.

Note:Minimum Rental is 2 weeks......you may wish to stay less time, but Lease must be written for 2 weeks.
2 week rental rate depending on time of year$1500 - $2000
($3000 for Special Event Weeks such as Bike Weeks and Race Weeks)
PLUS 12.5% sales tax
PLUS $ 100.00 cleaning fee
Reservation/Security Deposit $300 for 2 week rentals or $500 for monthly rental. As stated refundable within 15 days of departure provided there is no damage to unit or furnishings.
