This main living floor also features 2 master bedroom suites joined by a private deck overlooking the lake for that cool, early morning coffee chat.  Each master bedroom has a sumptuous king bed and luxurious private bath.  One of the suites also offers a quiet corner desk area with a Gulf view for those times when a bit of business communication may be necessary.  A high speed wireless internet signal is distributed throughout the home.  All of the amenities and views from this second floor can be reached by those of limited mobility thanks to a gradual sidewalk ramp to an entry door on the ground floor which leads directly to an elevator.

The ground floor living space offers the opportunity for lots of fun for the young and young at heart.  The bunk room was thoughtfully designed with extra long premium twin mattresses to accommodate either children or adults in comfort. The spacious bath has double vanities and a large shower.  There is also a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer.  The double patio doors in the bunk room provide a view of Lake Gavin and open to allow enjoyment of the large deck and direct access to the lake for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just viewing of the fish, turtles, and water loving native birds.  When not enjoying the lake, there is a comfortable TV/game room fully equipped with state of the art "smart" (internet ready) TV and gaming technology, a queen sleeper sofa plus a beverage center with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker.

Topping off this magnificent new coastal home is the tower room.  360 degrees of windows in this room offer absolutely stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi Bay, and the Ship Channel.  Step outside on decks provided on both the gulf and the bay side for an even clearer view and to experience the sea air and sounds.  The tower provides sleeping accommodations in the form of twin beds for 2 fortunate occupants of this viewing space as well as a beverage center.  The combination of the indoor and outdoor living spaces with the amazing views provides for a truly exhilarating experience on this level of the home.
