Vacation Rental Description

Waterfront cottage with views to Cape Lookout National Seashore.  
Sandy beach at waterline, located next to Harkers Island Fishing 
Center which offers ferry-shuttles to the Cape.  House has been used 
for decades by those wishing to rest, fish, and spend time out on 
the 
water.

Each bedroom has two beds--two with a full and a single, one with 
two 
singles.  There is an additional day bed tucked in a nook outside 
the 
living room.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: $1000 per week, $210 per night (2 night minimum)
Discount rate after 2 nights! Add'l Nights $125 each.

Winter Rates: $750 per week, $187.50 per night (2 night minimum)
Discount rate after 2 nights! Add'l Nights $95 each.

Rates Include Linens & Cleaning!
2 Night Minimum Required.
50% downpayment required to reserve.
$200 Security Deposit
Pets may be allowed with $100 non-refundable fee.
State Sales Tax, Occupancy Taxes & $25 Reservation fee will be added.
