equipped with both DVD and VCR. One bedroom has TiVo. The living
room has a stereo tuner with CD capability.
Outside you can sit on your private patio, sip some wine, barbeque on
the grill and enjoy the view of the golfers on the course with the
mountains as a back drop. A one car garage is provided and there are
additional parking spaces in front of the unit.
This is a very quiet and safe location in the complex away from
street traffic. Security guard entrances to the complex are available
from two streets, a club where you can go for drinks, a snack or
dining, 27 hole championship golf courses, putting greens, fitness
rooms, tennis courts, 30 plus pools and spas to choose from, in
general, a lovely place to vacation or just relax

Minimum rental up to 4 days for $300.00 plus cleaning fee
 1 week for only $450.00 plus cleaning fee
2 weeks for only $700.00 plus cleaning fee
3 weeks for $900.00 plus cleaning fee
1 month for only $1,050.00 plus cleaning fee

Pre-Season: Special rates through Nov. 2010:

Minimum rental up to 4 days for $450.00 plus cleaning fee

Long term rentals will be considered as a furnished condo.

Rates start at $250.00 min. rental to $2,800.00 by the month.
The months of November through March are the premium months, April and May are mid season and June through October are the off season rates.
A credit card can be used in place of the $500.00 security deposit
required on cash payments.
