The Bay offers a variety of boating activities, w/sailing races & Blessing of the Fleet. GREAT VIEW of Lewis Bay from the large, 11 1/2' x 26' enclosed, treetop level Deck, where you can relax w/your favorite beverage while watching the Ferry's & Birding action in the protected wild lands out back. Or, head to the sandy, residents only beach about 100 steps away, for some fun in the sun & warmer, more calm Bay water. Plenty of beach combing w/each new tide!

Enjoy the BEST Show in town on July 4th, on the comfortably furnished deck, while taking in an Enviable view of the Spectacular light show held on Lewis Bay! 

Bird lovers will enjoy many species residing in the protected land. Stroll the private, residents only beach, moments away, where sand & seashells abound. This beach is great for a late, romantic, full moon or starry night walks too!
Walk to the Ferry's for a daytrip to the Islands or around the corner to Tugboats Restaurant & Trader Ed's Cabana Bar at the Marina to watch a picturesque sunset. 
1 mile to Main St. offering great entertainment, restaurants & shopping aplenty. 
Inside is bright, spacious & nautically furnished with ceiling fans, skylights & oversized windows to enjoy the views. 

A huge, well stocked kitchen w/View & eating nook are super for bird, boat & deck watching from inside. 

ALL rooms have Bay/Water views, except baths & Den. All bdrms. have A/C & large, lit closets w/the Master having a walk in. There's lots of storage space throughout. Both well lit baths have non slip floors, for extra safety.

**This home is well kept & Very Clean.  So we Welcome Clean, Responsible & Respectful guests.  
Please leave the home as close to how you found it as possible.  All products needed to do so are provided, to help guests keep up w/themselves during their stay.  Rental Fee includes a basic cleaning.  If more is needed, a cleaning fee is charged against guests security deposit. 

Sleeping arrangements (beds) are: 2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Twin, for up to 7 adults.** 
Toddler or baby can be in porta crib or pac 'n plays, provided. 
1 Toddler bed also available.
**Home is Not appropriate for 6-7 adults w/multiple children/toddlers in tow.  

Linen package available for rent @ $75.00, does include a few beach towels. We do advise you bring some as well. Linen package includes:

Bath, Hair, Hand, Fingertip & Kitchen Towels, Face Cloths
Some Beach Towels

All Beds have Bed Ensembles & Blankets are in the closets.

Four easy, wide stairs to large landing at entrance. 1st floor bedrooms & bath with large shower, for those who may have some difficulty in getting around. Shower chairs available.

Off street parking for 5 cars or small boat down driveway. Boat launch just 3 blocks away.  

This home was completely gutted & renovated inside/out & is well maintained annually.
