Beautiful waterfront villa in Punta Gorda

We have a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the water (Sailboat section) with a private pool and patio. The garden has many palm trees and flowers. The living room and family rooms have cathedral ceilings and overlook the pool and dock at the back of the house. Our house (2092 feet square), as all homes in the neighbourhood, backs on a wide saltwater canal. We have a long dock where there is excellent fishing. The canal flows into Charrlotte Harbor. 

The master bedroom opens on the lanai, the private pool with a view on the canal. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, two walk in closets and a bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed and a walk in closet, bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds also with a walk in closet. 

Internet/WiFi, Television cable,TV, DVD and music systems, local phone service, electricity (AC, heating), lawn and pool service are included. Just enjoy this home!
